I'm subletting a room in Charlottenburg Wilmersdorf for 1,5 months when I'm out for vacation.
The room is 21m2 in a shared flat with 3 flatmates. Everyone is very chill and minding their own business.
There's one bathroom with washing machine, a kitchen and a hallway.
The rent is 700 euro for June and 350 euro for July, so 1050 IN TOTAL, warmiete, no extra costs, internet, water and electricity are included.
I take a deposit of 500 euro in case anything gets broken and I have to replace/fix it. The deposit will be returned if everything is left in order.
The rental is available for singles or couples.
Smoking in the room is forbidden, you can smoke outside of the apartment.

About the area:
Ubahn station Berliner Strasse is 3min away on foot.
There are 2 grocery stores really close by.
A really nice park with small pond 5min away.
