In our stylish villa in the Berlin Grunewald – one of the most beautiful and quiet locations in the city – a hammer WG life awaits you.
The offered room is on the sunny side overlooking the Rot-Weiß Berlin tennis club and always bright. Depending on how you want, the room comes with furniture or you set it up yourself. We share a large bathroom and two toilets.
In addition to a large garden with barbecue and lounge corner, we also have access to a billiard room and a small bar and a cozy living room. You can make your free time here as you like.

In unserer stilvollen Villa im Berliner Grunewald – einer der schönsten und ruhigsten Lagen der Stadt – erwartet dich ein hammer WG-Leben.
Das angebotete Zimmer ist auf der Sonnenseite mit Blick auf den Tennisclub Rot-Weiß Berlin und immer hell. Je nachdem wie du möchtest gibts das Zimmer mit Möbeln oder du richtest es selbst ein. Wir teilen uns ein großes Bad und zwei WCs.
Neben einem großen Garten mit Grill und Loungeecke haben wir auch Zugriff auf einen Billardraum und eine kleine Bar und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Du kannst dir deine Freizeit also nach Belieben hier gestalten.
Our villa is idyllic in the green Grunewald – a little off the hustle and bustle, but everything else than isolated. Thanks to the perfect connection by bus and S-Bahn you are in the middle of the city in a few minutes. So you combine relaxed rest at home with the opportunity to immerse yourself in Berlin life at any time.
Unsere Villa liegt idyllisch im grünen Grunewald – etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber alles andere als abgeschieden. Dank perfekter Anbindung durch Bus und S-Bahn bist du in wenigen Minuten mitten in der Stadt. So kombinierst du entspannte Ruhe zuhause mit der Möglichkeit, jederzeit ins Berliner Leben einzutauchen.
We are a colourful group of students from different disciplines who not only live together but actively shape life in the WG. Everyone takes in his way – with a lot of free space, but also real community.
