The location of the apartment is a huge plus!
Located directly at the Bundesplatz, you have the ring track right in front of the nose and thus super good connection to all Berlin districts.

In addition, you can walk to the Volkspark Wilmersdorf within 5 minutes or in 10 minutes you can make a trip to Lake Fennsee

However, if you feel more natural, you can easily reach the Grunewald Lake Wannsee and some other lakes with the Öffis.

The connection to the universities is also quite fixed for Berlin relations. Since the apartment is almost between all three big universities, you don't need too long. You have a clear advantage when you are studying at TU, but FU & HU are also not a problem to reach

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt!
Direkt am Bundesplatz gelegen, hast du die Ringbahn direkt vor der Nase und und somit super guten Anschluss an fasst alle Berliner Stadtteile.

Dazu kommt, dass du innerhalb von 5 Minuten zum Volkspark Wilmersdorf laufen kannst oder in 10 Minuten einen Abstecher zum Fennsee machen kannst

Falls es dir aber aber nach noch mehr Natur gelüstet, kannst du mit den Öffis sehr gut auch den Grunewald den Wannsee und einige andere Seen gut erreichen.

Die Anbindung zu den Unis ist ebenfalls für Berliner Verhältnisse recht fix. Da die Wohnung quasi zwischen allen drei großen Unis liegt, brauchst du zu keiner zu lange. Klaren Vorteil hast du, wenn du an der TU studierst, aber FU & HU sind ebenfalls kein Problem zu erreichen

You'd live with Rapha (28). He's a really nice timemate and I like to live with him. He's just studying social work and working as a musician by the side, but no fear, you don't get so much from each other here if you don't want it.
In coexistence there is no compulsion to be anything or do anything, it is important that chemistry fits. How much you finally take with each other and how you shape your coexistence is not yet determined.

Du würdest mit Rapha (28) zusammen leben. Er ist ein wirklich lieber Zeitgenosse und ich wohne gern mit ihm zusammen. Gerade studiert er soziale Arbeit und ist nebenberuflich als Musiker tätig, aber keine Angst, ihr bekommt hier nicht so viel voneinander mit, wenn ihr das nicht wollt.
Im Zusammenleben gibt es keinen Zwang, irgendetwas zu sein oder irgendetwas zu tun, wichtig ist nur, dass die Chemie passt. Wie viel ihr schlussendlich miteinander unternimmt und wie ihr euer Zusammenleben gestaltet das ist vorher noch nicht festgelegt.

1. Why do I want my Wg Room Exchange?

I would like to live a little cheaper in perspective because I now start my Master's degree in Berlin and refer to BaföG. Living at the ring is great and I can enjoy it very much, but it would be more sensible for me to stay outside and pay less rent. If it's exactly different to you, you want to live centrally, but if the housing market would make you manage, it might be an opportunity to trade.

2. What about the lease?

The good thing is, you'll get a major rental contract. With this you can register quite normally and there are no strange sub-renters from the sub-rent or something.
In fact, however, the contract is always completed for a period of time, i.e. half-yearly you can decide how long you want to run the contract. For example, you can let him run for half a year but also longer. For example, I did it so that I had the contract run for two years now, but negotiated with the landlord a renter clause.

My name is Christian and my Bachelor in Education I completed in Ludwigsburg and now I want to attach the Master.
Before studying, I lived in Saarbrücken and worked there as an educator, so fortunately I also get Bafög.
By the way, I work as a songwriter, but (no worries) I always do this out of house :)
I just got 30 years and a relatively quiet roommate, but I am always super happy to meet new dear people. Basically, I have quite a lot of WG experience, so I think the most important thing about cleanliness and communication has learned.

Zum Schluss noch ein paar allgemeine Informationen:

1. Warum möchte ich meine Wg Zimmer Tauschen?

Ich würde gerne perspektivisch etwas günstiger wohnen, weil ich jetzt hier in Berlin mein Master Studium anfange und BaföG beziehe. Am Ring zu wohnen, ist zwar super toll und ich kann es sehr genießen, jedoch wäre es für mich sinnvoller, etwas weiter außerhalb zu wohnen und dafür weniger Miete zu zahlen. Wenn es bei dir genau andersrum ist, du gern zentraler wohnen wollen, würdest aber der Wohnungsmarkt dir zu schaffen macht, wäre es vielleicht eine Gelegenheit, zu tauschen.

2. Wie ist das mit dem Mietvertrag?

Die gute Sache ist, du bekommst einen Hauptmietvertrag. Mit dem kannst du dich ganz normal anmelden und es gibt keine seltsam Untermieter von der Untermiete oder so.
Tatsächlich ist der Vertrag aber immer auf einen Zeitraum abgeschlossen d.h. halbjährig gestaffelt kannst du entscheiden, wie lange du den Vertrag laufen lassen möchtest. Zum Beispiel kannst du ihn für ein halbes Jahr laufen lassen aber auch länger. Ich habe es zum Beispiel so gemacht, dass ich den Vertrag jetzt für zwei Jahre laufen lassen hab aber mit der Vermieterin eine Nachmieterklausel verhandelt.

Also schreib mir gerne, wenn du näher in der Stadt wohnen willst und dafür ein WG Zimmer oder eine Einzimmerwohnung anzubieten hast :)
