In our cool 3 WG, a room is free – and we are looking for a new roommate who likes real WG life and shares our everyday life. We are Johanna and Zara, both 24, studying and living in a beautiful old building near Westend S-Bahn station (Charlottenburg).

We are currently two because our third roommate is moving out. The room, which is free, is rather small, but super cozy and cleverly furnished – with built-in high bed including storage space underneath and a large window that can be completely opened (perfect to the on-window sitting and recharge the sun).
The rent is at 500 € warm.
A special extra: We even have a balcony with pizza oven, which you can of course use!

We are both very relaxed, creative, happy to cook, go out together, laugh a lot and just enjoy the WG life. It is important to us that our WG is not a community of purposes – we are looking for someone with whom you can share the everyday life together, from spontaneous excursions to cozy WG evenings.

In unserer coolen 3er-WG wird ein Zimmer frei – und wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die Lust auf echtes WG-Leben hat und mit uns den Alltag teilt. Wir sind Johanna und Zara, beide 24, studieren und wohnen in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung nähe S-Bahnhof Westend (Charlottenburg).

Aktuell sind wir zu zweit, weil unser dritter Mitbewohner auszieht. Das Zimmer, das frei wird, ist zwar eher klein, aber super gemütlich und clever eingerichtet – mit eingebautem Hochbett samt Stauraum darunter und einem großen Fenster, das sich komplett öffnen lässt (perfekt zum am-Fenster-sitzen und Sonne tanken).
Die Miete liegt bei 500 € warm.
Ein besonderes Extra: Wir haben sogar einen Balkon mit Pizzaofen, den du natürlich gerne mitbenutzen darfst!

Wir sind beide sehr entspannt, kreativ, kochen gerne, gehen zusammen raus, lachen viel und genießen einfach das WG-Leben. Uns ist wichtig, dass unsere WG keine Zweckgemeinschaft ist – wir suchen jemanden, mit der man gemeinsam den Alltag teilen kann, von spontanen Ausflügen bis zu gemütlichen WG-Abenden.

Einzug wäre idealerweise zum 15. Juni, spätestens aber zum 1. Juli.
