Das Zimmer ,nach Süden gerichtet, hat eine Größe von ca 18 Quadratmetern (3x5,65) mit einer decken Höhe von 3,3m. Ist komplett weiß gestrichen. Durch die bekannten Doppelkasten Fenster, welche etwas Lack vertragen könnten, durchflutet die Sonne, bei gutem Wetter das Zimmer (und die Küche) mit Licht. Der alte Dielenfußboden ist abgezogen und hat durch die Benutzung einige, aber nicht nennenswerte Spuren.
Außerdem gibt es einen Zugang zum Südbalkon -der natürlich zum teilen gedacht ist- und Raum zum anpflanzen von Blumen, Tomaten und Kräutern bietet.
Die Wohnung liegt Fußnah zur U1,U3,U7,U9 sowie zum S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz.
Es gibt auch einige Parks, schöne Plätze und Cafés in der Gegend. Ist halt Wilmersdorf, alles etwas schicker. Einen vernünftigen Kaffe/Tee gibt's aber auch zuhause!
Habe bislang keine Haustiere -aber entweder passt's oder eben nicht.
