I am subletting my fully furnished, bright room (about 20qm2) in Berlin-Charlottenburg for February and March.
The room is part of a spacious 3-room flat, including a cosy living room (with balcony and TV), kitchen and bathroom (with laundry machine). The living room also contains a wardrobe that can be used.
The room itself includes desk, drawers, and a comfortable bed (1,40x2,00m). I am living here with Johannes, who is an open-minded, nice guy that loves cooking, reading and all sorts of TV-shows and movies, just like me. We know each other from our studies and have studied together in different countries so we are always interested in getting to know new people. I am still undecided on where I will be during those two months and might be around in the apartment as well, but would discuss that with you also (if so, I would sleep in the living room).

ich vermiete mein großes Zimmer (20 qm) in Berlin-Charlottenburg, nahe Ku'damm, für Februar und März.
Das Zimmer gehört zu einer großen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung, in der ich mit meinem alten Studienfreund Johannes wohne. Ausgestattet ist es mit einem bequemen Boxspring-Bett (1,40x2,00m), einem Schreibtisch inklusive Ablage und einem Regal. Das Tageslichtbad verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne, die Küche ist mit den üblichen Utensilien ausgestattet (lediglich eine Spülmaschine ist nicht vorhanden). Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Balkon, Couch, TV sowie einen Kleiderschrank, der ebenfalls genutzt werden kann. Ich plane evt., ab und zu vorbeizukommen und ggf. im Wohnzimmer zu übernachten - das ist aber noch nicht ganz klar und ich würde mich diesbezüglich mit dir abstimmen.

The S-Bahn-station Halensee (Ringbahn) is a 7 min walk away from here. Also, the bus 110, which connects to Zoologischer Garten, is only 2 min away (Grieser Platz), and bus line M29 (to Tiergarten - Kreuzberg - Neukölln) is about 5 min away.
A supermarket (EDEKA) is about 5 minutes away.
