The house is a historic building from 1880, but it was fully renovated last year. There are 2 floors, each of them with 2 rooms and their own kitchen and bathroom (so only sharing the entrance). We live on the ground floor and two cool chicks live on the top floor.
Room comes fully furnished, since it's my own room. Big windows overlooking outside.

- ONLY FOR 3 WEEKS! (March 31st - April 21st)
The property is special. It's a crazy, historic piece of land. 50 great neighbors and cool people living in a community. We know each other and are always gathering around one thing or another.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- 4min walk to S Messe Süd.
- Walking distance to Halensee (15min) and Grunewald (15min)
- Nothing around, not a single Späti, but tons of room to run around and be outside
- Other perks: pool, hammocks, grill, green garden and football pitch (real football), a gigantic basement

- Creative. This is a great place for musicians (no one will care if you play your instrument)
