Hi guys, currently I have one room available in my apartment. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Minimum stay: 6 months!
VERY IMOPORTANT: Before moving in, you have to pay the deposit of 950€ including a final cleaning fee of 50€. This is not negotiable at all. The deposit has to be paid via bank transfer before moving in. I don´t accept cash.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist Cunostraße (115) direkt vor der Haustür. Ungefähr vier Minuten zu Fuß entfernt befindet sich die S-bahnstation Hohenzollerndamm von der aus jede Ecke von Berlin zeitnah zu erreichen ist. Zudem ist ein Supermarkt, ein Kiosk, Restaurants und ähnliches im direkten Umfeld.
The nearest public transport is the Bus station Cunostraße (115) right infront of the door. Four minutes away you will finde the S Hohenzollerndamm. From there you can reach every district of Berlin in shortest time. In the immediate vicinity you can also find some supermarkets, a pharmacy, bank, kiosk, restaurants and everything else needed for a good living.
