I leave Berlin for a one month job project and I would like to have someone who takes care of my room in the meantime.
Even though is a short time, I am going to leave all the empty space posible so you can set your stuff here and feel like home.
The flat is 2 min walking from U-Kaiserdamm (U2) and also 5 min walking from S-Messe Nord/ICC (ringbahn) so it's extremely well connected. You can get everywhere so fast with the ring or take the U2 that crosses the city through the center.
Some of the most known supermarkets like Aldi, Edeka and Rewe are also like 3 min walking distance.
You are going to live with 3 other people. My flatmates are all students (psychology and medicine). They are from Germany and living with them is easy and chill. They are super lovely people to spend some time with but they also give you all the space if you need it.
I ask for a deposit just for precaution and it's going to get back fully to you if everything is fine after I come back.
