The location of the flat is very nice and central. The neighborhood is so quiet, so it is perfect for living. For grocery, the supermarket EDEKA is next door and Aldi is 3 mins away. And when you want to have fun, you can access nice bars, clubs, restaurants or shops in few mins. The bus 110 is 1 min away and the Sbahn station (Ring 42/41) is around 7 mins. You can access the city center and Alexanderplatz in 25-30 mins. Also Zoologischer Garten is reachable in 10 mins!!....
The second room is rented by a very quiet working man who mostly come back home everyday around 6pm and stays in his room quietly most of the time and sleep early. He also eats outside most of the time and he doesnt use the kitchen, so mostly you will feel that the whole flat is yours.
