Da ich für mein Studium ein paar Monate ins Ausland gehen werde, suche ich vom 1. April bis zum 15. Juli 2021 eine Zwischenmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist 21m² groß, hat hohe Decken, einen Dielenboden und wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Die Wohnung wurde vor 1,5 Jahren saniert und verfügt über einen Balkon zum Innenhof.

Die WG liegt in Charlottenburg zwischen dem S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg und dem Ku'damm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe City, Netto oder Lidl sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Anbindung ist durch die Nähe zum S-Bahnhof sehr gut, aber auch Bus und U-Bahn sind schnell zu erreichen.
Du würdest mit Julia (27) zusammenwohnen, die sich in ihrem Masterstudium befindet und sich schon freut, dich kennenzulernen. :)
