Dank des französischen Balkons ist es schön hell.
Die Nachbarn sind sehr entspannt was die Lautstärke angeht, allerdings ist
dagegen der Straßenlärm anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Die Waschmaschine steht in der Küche, da wir nur eine Leitung haben wird
klassisch mit der Hand gespült =
Die Wohnung befindet sich keine 2 Minuten vom U-Bahnhof
Hohenzollernplatz entfernt. Zwei Stationen weiter bist du an der Ringbahn.
Sowohl TU als auch FU oder der Zoologische Garten sind alle auch in 10-15
Minuten zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Aldi oder Dm sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß
entfernt und falls es doch mal schnell gehen soll gibt es einen Nah und Gut
Kauf gleich 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Falls mal gar keine Zeit zum
kochen bleibt, habe ich schon sehr gute Erfahrung mit den Lieferdiensten gemacht.
Mein Mitbewohner ist ein sehr entspannter Typ. Werdet ihr schon merken ;)
