Großes Zimmer mit Privaten Garten

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Charlottenburg - Wilmersdorf und hat einen guten Anschluss zu den ÖPNV. Der U-Bahnhof Uhlandstraße ist gerade mal 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch zur U3 ist es nicht weit. Es gibt einen riesigen Rewe nur 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt und auch einen Lidl und einen Edeka direkt um die Ecke. Zum Ku'damm ist es nicht weit, so gibt es also viele Shopping Möglichkeiten. Obwohl die Wohnung direkt in der Uhlandstraße ist, kriegen wir im Hinterhof nicht viel von der lauten Straße mit.

Auf den Bildern sind Möbel zu sehen, die aber raus kommen. So haben wir also die Möglichkeit, unsere Wohnung Gemeinsam neu zu gestalten! Nur der Tisch in der Küche bleibt. Eine Waschmaschine, sowie eine Spülmaschine haben wir. Es kann ebenso gut sein, dass ich mich schonmal im Vorfeld um eine Couch kümmere.

Generell suchen wir jemanden, der nicht Dreck überall hinterlässt und Verantwortung übernehmen kann. Da in dem Haus viele Familien leben, sind parties oder ähnliches nicht gestattet, genauso wie kiffen im Garten. Rauchen ist völlig in Ordnung. So ist also eine Nachtruhe im Garten auch schon um ca. 22 Uhr nötig, um das gute Verhältnis zu den Nachbarn bei zu behalten. Natürlich macht es aber nichts aus, wenn man Freunde einlädt, solange wir sicher gehen eine respektvolle Lautstärke beizubehalten. Das sollte aber eigentlich nichts ausmachen, da wir dicke Wände haben :)

Wir wären offen für gemeinsame Koch - Abende und im Garten mal zusammen zu grillen oder auch zusammen mal was zu unternehmen usw. Gleichzeitig genießen wir auch unsere Privatsphäre in den eigenen Zimmern.

Viewings will be possible from the 04.03. onwards and you would be able to move in at the end of march. The room would cost 742€ per month (together will ALL side-costs). The apartment has 4 rooms. We have a big kitchen, two bathrooms, a private garden and a living room. Your room is the biggest one (20,3 Quadratmeter) and has the exit to the Garden. All of the rooms are pretty big and have stucco on the walls
The apartment is in Charlottenburg - Wilmersdorf and has great access to the u-Bahn Station Uhlandstraße and U3 is also not far away. There is a really big REWE only 2 minutes away from the apartment, as well as a EDEKA and LIDL just around the corner. The Ku'damm is also really close so there are lots of options for shopping.

You can see furniture on the pictures, but they won't be in the apartment. This gives us the chance to furnish our apartment together in the way we want to. Only the table in the kitchen will be staying. We also already have a washing machine, as well as a dish washer.
We are looking for someone that is very responsible and that doesn't leave a mess everywhere. Since a lot of families live in the house, parties aren't allowed, as well as smoking weed in the garden. The garden also shouldn't really be used after 22h, to maintain the good relationship with the neighbors. It of course doesnt matter if you invite friends, we just need to be respectful with the neighbors. The walls are thick though so that shouldn't be an issue :)
We would be more than open for having Cook - Evenings or to Grill together in the Garden, but at the same time we enjoy our privacy in our rooms.)
