Hi everyone!
Having found a job in another city, I'm looking for a new tenant for my room in Halensee. It will be available from the 1st of march.
Everything will stay in the room except the matress. There will be a drawer and closet for clothes, a couple of shelves to store books, an armchair, desk and chair, and bed of course- which also has drawers where you can store stuff.
The apartment is on the 1st floor back house, and is very well connected in terms of public transport: you have the M19, M29, X10 and 143 buses within 2-3 minutes walking distance, you can reach the zoo in approximately 15-20 mins. Also within close walking distance (2-3 mins.) you have the S-Bahn Halensee, which is on the ring. Friedrichstrasse is about 20 minutes away and Alexanderplatz is around 35 mins.
We have loads of supermarkets here in the close vicinity: Edeka is also 3 minutes on foot, Aldi is about 4 minutes away and Rewe is also close by (5 mins by bus.) The Späti and bakeries are also suuper close and the people working there are also really nice :)
The apartment is for 3 people, there's a washing mashine and a bathtub. Everything (internet, electricity, heating, water) is included in the price, which means you don't have to pay anything extra.
