I am looking for someone for ideally 6 months. Extension maybe possible after.
I am a 30y.o. Physics Postdoc from Berlin, but write in English, so everyone can understand :)
In my own two-story house with a garden, I have two furnished, cosy spare rooms and I think it's only fair to offer them to people who desperately need a place to stay in Berlin! There is also nice garden to be always accessible!
It's ideal for new students in Berlin, for example!
Therefore I am looking for someone to live in this room! Despite it being only 13 m² on paper, it does not feel small with its large balcony, fully furnished - including a large bed and huge cabinet! And then there is the garden!
Your room is freshly painted and has nice curtains!
The district of Grunewald is considered one of the nicest areas to live.
Here we are in the middle between the Ringbahn 🚃 and the nice Grunewald forest🌲
Directly at the street, you will find a supermarket and restaurants 🍽️ as well as a bus stop with 5 different busses 🚎 directly to and from the city centre - even at night.
With the electric scooter, bus, bike (available) or car, you can reach the forest (Grunewald), the next U / S Bahn stations (Podbielskiallee (U3), Grunewald (S3, S5, S7), Hohenzollerndamm (Ring Bahn S41, S42, S45, S46)), and huge Edeka & Rewe supermarkets quite well.
This is not a WG, but a sublet. It is my house, I just moved in and I care a lot about it.
A Haftpflichtversicherung (reliability insurance) would be super helpful and reduce your deposit (Kaution).
We do have an amazing vacuum robot also wet-wiping all rooms upstairs. Your job will be to vacuum the staircase and the balcony once a week and fill the dishwasher regularly, as well as empty it out.
You need to be a tidy person, in your room and the rest of the house and always leave the kitchen clean!
The house is directly attached to two other houses and has thin walls and the neighbours on one side are a bit grump about noise on Sundays, so it's important to keep the noise down on Sundays and at night.
Maybe, there might be another person moving in during the same period.
