With a heavy heart I'm leaving my beloved room in this great Altbau-Wg in Charlottenburg for a longer trip in May.
The room has a size of 19sqm and the window faces the courtyard.
The wooden floor and the high ceiling give the room and the whole apartment a cozy charm.
In the afternoon, the sun shines into the room and it is excellent to read in the sun with the window open.
Although it is an old building, it is not noisy and you don't hear much from the neighbors.
Schweren Herzens verlasse ich im Mai mein geliebtes Zimmer in dieser tollen Altbau-Wg in Charlottenburg für eine längere Reise.
Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 19qm und das Fenster geht zum Innenhof.
Der Holzdielenboden und die hohe Decke geben dem Raum und der ganzen Wohnung einen gemütlichen Altbaucharme.
Am Nachmittag scheint die Sonne in das Zimmer und man kann hervorragend mit offenem Fenster in der Sonne lesen.
Obwohl es sich um einen Altbau handelt, ist es nicht zu hellhörig und man bekommt wenig von den Nachbarn mit.

Connection to public transport is ideal - 3 minutes to S-Bahn Savignyplatz, 10 minutes to U-Bahn Kurfürstendamm, 10 minutes U-Bahn Uhlandstrasse and many different bus lines on Kanstrasse and Savigny Platz to be reached within less than 5 minutes.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral direkt neben dem Savigny Platz.
Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ideal - 3 Minuten zur S-Bahn Savignyplatz, 10 Minuten zu U-Bahn Kufürstendamm, 10 Minuten U-Bahn Uhlandstrasse und viele verschiedene Buslinien auf der Kanstrasse und am Savigny Platz innerhalb von weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
I live together with 3 great flatmates who make living here even nicer :)
When we are all together we like to cook and eat together or go out together.
During the week, one of the flatmates is often away on business-trips, but on weekends we are all always in Berlin and enjoy and explore the city together.
In the apartment, a mixture of German and English is spoken in everyday life.
Ich wohne zusammen mit 3 super netten Mitbewohnern, die das leben hier neben um so schöner machen :)
Wenn wir alle gemeinsam da sind kochen und essen wir gerne gemeinsam oder gehen zusammen aus.
Unter der Woche ist einer der Mitbewohner häufig beruflich unterwegs am Wochenende sind aber immer alle in Berlin und genießen und erkunden die Stadt gemeinsam.
In der Wohnung wird im Alltag eine Mischung aus Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen.
