Zimmer in 2er WG mit großer Küche und Bad mit Wanne und Fenster.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großer Schreibtisch, ein ausziehbares Sofa, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank und auf dem Kleiderschrank das Bett. Das Zimmer hat eine Nordausrichtung, es bleibt auch tagsüber kühl im Zimmer. Es gibt kein Wohnzimmer.
In der Wohnung wohnt ein kleiner-mittelgroßer Hund, der sehr ruhig ist und sich hauptsächlich im anderen Zimmer/Flur aufhält.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher stehen zur Verfügung.
Room in a shared apartment with one other person. Big kitchen and bathroom with bathtub. The room has a big desk, a sleeping couch, a walk-in closet, and on top of the bed (1,40m). The room points north, so no direct sunlight and it stays pretty cool throughout the day. No living room. There is a small-mid-sized dog, who is very calm and will mostly spend time in the other room/in her crate. Towels and bedding can be used.
Im nördlichen Charlottenburg gelegen, mit schneller Busverbindung zum Zoo/Hbf (3 bzw. 5 min Laufweg zur Haltestelle), U7 und U2 ca 10 min Laufweg entfernt.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, man ist schnell an der Kant- bzw Turmstraße, wo man viele Geschäfte und Restaurants findet.
Edeka 3 min entfernt, Rewe ca 10 min.
Northern part of Charlottenburg, busses to Zoo/ central station are within 5 min walking distance, metro (7 and 2) are 10 min away.
The neighborhood is calm but Turm- and Kantstr. are close by.
Wir wohnen zu zweit in der WG. Es wird gerne mal gequatscht jedoch hat jeder seinen eigenen Alltag und man kann sich gut zurück ziehen. Freunde sind willkommen aber KEINE PARTYS.
There is one more person in the flat, we like to chat from time to time but it's not a must. Friends are welcome but no parties.
