Ich suche ab dem 18 August eine*n Untermieter*in für mein schönes WG-Zimmer auf der Mierendorff-Insel, da ich für 6 Monate ins Ausland gehe. Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß, möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderständer...) und geht zum Hinterhof raus.
Zum Rest der Wohnung:
Es gibt eine kleine aber feine Küche, die voll ausgestattet ist mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle. Platz für eine gemeinsame Mahlzeit oder für ein Weilchen ist in unserer von Anibal selbst gebauten Essecke, welche auch als Gästebett umfunktioniert werden kann.
Das Bad ist nicht besonders groß aber ist komplett funktionstüchtig und hat eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang. Außerdem haben wir ein Kellerabteil mit ein wenig Stauraum und einen Innenhof, der nur für Hausbewohner zugänglich ist, in welchem du dein Fahrrad anschließen kannst.

Looking for a subtenant for my nice shared room on Mierendorff Island from 18 August, as I'm going abroad for 6 months. The room is 14sqm, furnished (bed, desk, commode, clothes rack...) and faces the backyard.
About the rest of the apartment:
There is a small but nice kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and microwave. There is room for a meal together or for a glass of wine in our dining area, built by Anibal himself, which can also be converted into a guest bed.
The bathroom is not very big but is fully functional and has a bathtub with shower curtain. We also have a basement compartment with a little storage space and a courtyard, accessible only to residents, where you can lock your bike.
Vor der Haustür befindet sich sofort eine U-Bahnstation (U7) und fußläufig eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bahnhof Jungfernheide ist ca 700m entfernt. Dort fährt die Ringbahn und mehrere Regionalbahnen.

There is a subway station right outside the front door and a bus stop within walking distance. The station Jungfernheide is about 700m away. There is the ring train and several regional trains.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Fernanda und Anibal. Fernanda arbeitet als Lehrerin und Anibal arbeitet neben seinem Studium in einem Fahrradladen. Beide sind sehr herzlich und sprechen fließend Deutsch, Englisch, und Spanisch (kommen beide gebürtig aus Chile). Fernanda kocht gerne und geht am Wochenende in den ein oder anderen Club, während Anibal gerne mit seinen Freunden Filme schaut, Fahrrad fährt und Kampfsport betreibt.
English Version
Your roommates are Fernanda and Anibal. Fernanda works as a teacher and Anibal works besides his studies in a bicycle store. Both are very welcoming and speak fluent German, English, and Spanish (both were born in Chile). Fernanda enjoys cooking and going out to clubs on the weekends, while Anibal enjoys watching movies with his friends, cycling, and martial arts.
