Hello everyone,
This room is available for the month of July + 1 week in August as a sublet. The room is 25m2 in size and very well lit due to 2 large windows. The room has all the basic stuff that you would need such as a double bed, closet, table and an office chair.
The apartment has a big living room where you can chill and watch TV or Netflix and there are 3 bedrooms, totally the apartment is 97m2 in size.
The kitchen is also very well equipped with everything you need to make a good meal such as oven, microwave, toaster and a dishwasher as well.
There are no added charges as the utilities such as internet, electricity and water are covered in the rent.
Public transport is easily accessible as the U7 is 5mins away and the U2 is 8mins away by foot. Also, there is a direct bus to Charlottenburg S Bahn station from right outside the apartment building if needed too.
It's a very relaxed WG where all of us are students and have part time jobs too. So we can be busy at times but when we are free, we like to grab a beer or watch a movie maybe. Most of the time we chill in the living room since it's quite big and has a dining table and a couch to relax.
