Hi guys, subletting a cozy bedroom 11mt sqr in Charlottenburg with international students, check in will be possible next week anytime from 26th July and check out 15th September but could be extended 'til end of Sept.
Price: 130 euros for the last week of July + 560 euros for the whole month of August and 280 euros for half September. No deposit needed at all, all the bills included, please feel free to reach out to Adriana: +49 176 ----/-------

If however you decide to do check-in the 1st August, you will only pay 560 euros for August, and then of course the 2 weeks of September ( 280 euros ), again no deposit needed at all, the payment must be done for the whole period, with bank transfer and the keys will be given in person too, you can do the transaction in person or how you feel comfortable about it, you are always welcome to visit the flat prior to moving in and discuss all the details, reach out via whatsapp : )
All the expenses/bills such as electricity, water and wifi are included : )
We might ask only for the ID card or something but not any other documentation as it is short-term.
