Hi, my name is Stefan, a 27-year-old native german working in digital marketing, and I have a fantastic opportunity for someone in need of a temporary home.
As my flatmate, Kanuj, will be in India for two months, his lovely room in our apartment in the peaceful neighbourhood of Charlottenburg is up for rent. The room, with a sizeable 30 square meters, is available from 1st August to 30th September.
The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a cozy couch, and a functional table, among other items. It's a perfect space, whether you're a working professional, a student, or simply someone in need of short-term accommodation in a fun city.
Our apartment also has a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all the cooking equipment anyone could ever need. So, whether you're an aspiring chef or someone who just enjoys home-cooked meals, you'll find everything you need right here.
Considering we both work from home, we've invested in high-quality Wifi to ensure there are no hiccups during your work or Netflix marathons. Additionally, you can enjoy a breath of fresh air on our small balcony attached to my room, perfect to spend some Berlin Summer Nights with Beers and Barbecue.
The room is towards to backyard so it's very quiet.
The flat is located in the lovely and quiet Charlottenburg. We have outstanding restaurants, cafes, great parks and with the Kudamm one of the best shopping locations of Berlin.
The apartment itself it super close to both a Bus Stop towards Moabit as well as the U7 which takes you across the city.
Ringbahn is 10min walking or 1 U-Bahn Stop away.
We are more of a quiet WG and as there are many amazing bars and clubs in town there is no need for parties at home.
I am looking for a chilled person that is grown up enough to clean.
Me and my flatmate are friends so we do a lot of stuff together. So I don't mind cooking together or showing you the best restaurants in the hood.
