Wir bieten hier 1 Zimmer zur Miete in unserer WG an. Wir sind 3 Personen und suchen eine 4. Person. Unsere Wohngemeinschaft wird Anfang November gegründet, ab dann ziehen wir in die neue gemeinsame Wohnung. Deine Mitbewohner sind Johannes (31m), Leslie (32f) und Mati (31m). Wir sind alle über 30 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Ein Mindestalter von 24 Jahren und ein regelmäßiges Einkommen sind Grundvoraussetzung. Außerdem wünscht sich Leslie vorzugsweise eine Flinta Person in der Wohnung. Diesen Wunsch würden wir gerne berücksichtigen.
Die Person muss ausschließlich Nichtraucher sein.
Wir suchen einen Freund, jemanden, der gerne Zeit mit uns verbringt, von Zeit zu Zeit etwas gemeinsam unternimmt oder einfach nur abhängt. Jemand, der nur einen Platz für sich selbst sucht und keine Kontakte knüpfen will, sollte sich nicht bei uns melden So eine Person würde gebeten werden die Wohnung zu verlassen. Aber natürlich ist es genauso wichtig, dass jeder von uns die Möglichkeit hat, von Zeit zu Zeit allein zu sein. Jeder braucht das.
Über die Wohnung:
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Lietzensee in Charlottenburg, wenige Gehminuten von der S-Bahn-Station Messe Nord / ICC entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre hat 4 Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Esszimmer, einen Flur, 2 Bäder, eine große Terrasse und einen Garten. Du würdest 1 Zimmer anmieten und die Küche, das Esszimmer, die Bäder, die Terrasse und den Garten mitbenutzen dürfen.
Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 635€. Darin enthalten sind Miete und Nebenkosten, wie sie im Vertrag aufgeführt sind, wie Heizung, Strom, Internet und Rundfunksteuer. Außerdem ist eine Kaution von 1275,00 € zu hinterlegen.
Außerdem werden wir uns auf einen Reinigungs-/Haushaltsplan einigen, der strikt eingehalten werden muss. Wir sind mit 4 Personen dann leben und dies ist in der Regel eines der größten Probleme, wenn das Zusammenleben mit vielen verschiedenen Menschen an einem Ort. Wir wollen glücklich sein und uns in unserer Wohnung wohlfühlen, also ist dies eine Notwendigkeit. Wir könnten darüber sprechen, jemanden zu bezahlen, der die Gemeinschaftsräume regelmäßig reinigt und diese Kosten teilen.

About the flat:

The flat is on the mezzanine floor and has 4 rooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a hallway, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace and a garden. You would rent 1 room and be allowed to share the kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, terrace and garden.
The rent for the room is 635€. This includes rent and extra costs as they will be listed in the contract, such as Heating, Electricity, Internet and Radio Tax. Also, a Deposit of 1275,00 € will need to be transferred.
Additionally, we will agree on a cleaning / housekeeping schedule, that must be followed strictly. We are living with 4 people then and this is usually one of the biggest issues when living together with many different people in one place. We want to be happy and feel good together about our home, so this is a necessity. We could discuss to pay for someone to clean the common spaces on a regular basis and share the costs.
