Die helle, 119 qm große Altbauwohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg, einem der schönsten Bezirke West-Berlins, Nähe Savignyplatz (S-Bahn Savignyplatz 3 Min. Fußweg, Bus und U-Bahn 5 Min. Fußweg) und dem berühmten Boulevard Kurfürstendamm.

Die 2 Zimmer (10 + 20 qm) in der 4-Zimmer-Wohnung, liegen nebeneinander, jeweils mit separatem Eingang. Sie gehen zum ruhigen Innenhof. Die anderen Zimmer sind zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. So kann sich jeder in seinen eigenen Bereich zurückziehen.

Miete pro Monat, inkl. aller Nebenkosten + Reinigungskraft: 850.- Euro, Kaution: 300.- Euro

Die Wohnküche und das Badezimmer, mit Badewanne und extra Dusche, werden gemeinsam genutzt, ebenso die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. High Speed WLAN ist vorhanden. Sauberkeit sollten dir genauso wichtig sein, wie mir. Zur Unterstützung kommt alle 2 Wochen eine Putzhilfe vorbei.

Rundherum gibt es viele nette Cafés, gute Restaurants und jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - zwei Edeka's gleich um die Ecke, Bioläden wie die Bio Company und Alnatura - kleine, feine Buchhandlungen und erstklassige Galerien, tolle Kinos, coole Secondhand- und Designerboutiquen.

Ich bin eine kreativ in der Medienszene unterwegs, vielseitig interessiert und aufgeschlossen - mag Kultur, Natur, Theater, Film, Kunst, Musik, uvm. Ich liebe es zu lachen und über Gott und die Welt zu quatschen genauso, wie kluge, "horizonterweiternde" Gespräche zu führen.

Ich freue mich auf jemanden der ähnlich tickt, für ein fröhliches, entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenwohnen.

The bright 119 sqm art nouveau flat is located in Charlottenburg, one of the most beautiful and posh districts of West Berlin, just around the corner from Savignyplatz (S-Bahn Savignyplatz 3 min., bus and subway a 3-5 min. walk) and the famous boulevard Kurfürstendamm.

The 2 rooms in the 4-room flat, are next to each other, each with a separate entrance. They face the quiet inner courtyard at the back. The other rooms face the front. So everyone can retreat to their own area.

Rental per month, incl. all utilities: 850.- Euro
Deposit: 300.- Euro

The kitchen and the bathroom, with bathtub and extra shower, are for shared use - as is the washing machine and the dish washer. High Speed WIFI is available. Cleanliness should be just as important to you as it is to me. A cleaner comes by all 2 weeks.

There are many nice cafés, good restaurants and lots of shopping opportunities all around - Edeka and organic food stores - small, fine bookshops and first-class galleries, great cinemas, cool second-hand and designer stores.

I'm a creative, easy-going, open-minded person with a wide range of interests. I enjoy culture, nature, traveling, theater, film, art, music, yoga etc. I love a good laugh and enjoy chatting about anything under the sun, but I'm equally down for deep, "horizon-widening" conversations.

Looking forward to a flatmate with a similar mindset for a relaxed, cheerful and respectful flat share.

Die Lage, um die Ecke vom Savignyplatz, ist eine der schönsten in Charlottenburg, mit vielen hübschen Cafés, einer großen Auswahl an guten Restaurants - quasi vor der Haustür - mehreren Bioläden, z.B. Deens am Savignyplatz, einem Edeka direkt um die Ecke, an der Kantstraße - kleinen und feinen Buchhandlungen, tollen Galerien, Secondhand- und Edelboutiquen, Kinos uvm.

Die S-Bahn Savignyplatz ist in 3 Min. Fußweg erreichbar und der Kurfürstendamm mit Bus- und U-Bahn Station in nur 2 Min.

The location, around the corner from Savignyplatz in Charlottenburg, is one of the nicest in West Berlin. With many pretty cafés, a large selection of good restaurants - right on the doorstep - several organic food stores, e.g. Deens on Savignyplatz, an Edeka just around the corner on Kantstraße - small and fine bookshops, great galleries, second-hand and luxury boutiques, cinemas and much more.

The Savignyplatz S-Bahn station is a 3-minute walk away and the Kurfürstendamm bus and subway station is just 2 minutes away.
