the apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator), it’s an old building with thick walls and high ceilings. it got completely renovated before i moved in in march ’21. so the kitchen/ floors and bathroom are new and well kept.
there is a kitchen with a sitting area and it’s fully equipped (no dishwasher).
washing machine including a dryer.
your room is super big with a tiny balcony (you can smoke there but please not in the apartment). it’s very bright!
3 minute walk to the u-bahn station siemensdamm. city centre can be reached in 20-30 min. the station jungfernheide is 3 stops away and from there you can take the circle line and trains that take you to the main station in 5 minutes. we have a bus that takes you to the ZOB in 15 minutes.
there’s multiple supermarkets, drug stores, pharmacies etc. within a walking distance of 5 minutes.
we have a very beautiful park including a lake that you can swim in within a walking distance of 10mins. i love going there :)

my name is sophia, 24, i study international management and i’m working in the music industry. i speak german & english fluently and a little spanish and italian.
i spend a lot of time in the library and i love reading, but i’m also a very social and communicative person. music is my biggest passion and i listen to it a lot and i love cooking! i’m mostly vegan, if you’re following a different diet that’s completely fine - i’m just asking for mutual respect & understanding :) i‘d be super happy to eventually have cooking evenings together, drink a glass of wine, watch a movie, go dancing… or whatever else.
also very important: i’m a very clean person and having an organised home is very crucial to me. i want to feel comfortable at home, so being able to communicate openly about this is key, i don’t want to spend my free time arguing about this.
we did have small parties every now and then, but this shouldn’t be a messy party-apartment. the neighbours have never complained about the parties that we had and i’d love to keep it that way!
