Hi,
Ich suche sb sofort eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) für meine 4 Zimmer Wohnung in Charlottenburg. Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, eine große Küche ubd 2 Balkone.
Das Wohnzimmer kann und darf gerne geteilt werden.
Ich bin 47, junggeblieben, koche gerne und bin ein sehr offener und positviver Mensch. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort bezugsfrei , bzw. ab kommenden MIttwoch.
Leider hat jemand dem ich eine Zusage erteilt hatte sehr kurzfristig abgesagt, weshlb ich mich freue jemanden zu finden der zuverlässig ist.

Lage ist direkt an der Gotzkowskybrücke am Rand von Charlottenburg. Vor der Tür fährt die Linie 101 und die Linie 245. Der S Bahnhof Tiergarten, sowie Beusselstrasse sind fussläufig 15 min entfernt.
Ich bin eine sportlich und junggebliebene, WG erfahrene Frau, die gerne mal kocht aber auch gerne mal Freunde hier hat, oder sich auch gerne mal ein bisschen Ruhe gönnt. Toleranz und Akzeptanz stehen bei mir an erster Stelle.
Wir werden zu zweit hier wohnen ;) ich habe kein Problem wenn deine Freunde zu Besuch kommen oder sonstiges ;).
Ich würde mich als ordentlich beschreiben auch wenn ich manchmal chaotisch sein kann :)
Ich bin Nichtraucherin, und ich mag es auch nicht wenn geraucht wird.
Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 18.01. bezugsfertig. Meine derzeitige Mitbewohnerin zieht die kommenden Tage aus.
Es darf gerne nach den eigenen Vorstellungen gestaltet werden.
