Hey there and thanks for having a look at my offer :)
I moved in in September for an internship next to my Master's in Amsterdam. The internship just finished and I will return to Amsterdam to finish my Master's and then move to Berlin again. Hence, the room is kept pretty basic for now but has everything you need: a wardrobe, bed, couch, and two shelves. Feel free to add whatever makes you feel more comfortable ;) Honestly though, keeping at least the wall opposite the couch free is pretty nice in case you have a projector ;). In addition, you can use the small storage we have above our hallway.
Besides, the apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven. We share cutlery, pans, and pots so you don't have to bring any. Also, help yourself with the spices as we share them as well!
We don't have a basement but if you have a bike you can park it in the backyard.
The flat is at a great location in Charlottenburg, only 3-5 min walking distance to the S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg as well as the U-Bahn station Wilmersdorf. I.e., you can reach Friedrichshain in about half an hour by public transport (or 45 min by bike). In addition, you are lucky here to live next to the shopping street Wilmersdorfer Straße where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, drug stores, as well as shops like Decathlon.
But you shouldn't only move here for practical reasons: You can reach the Schloss Charlottenburg and it's beautiful, large garden within 20 minutes by foot or take the S-Bahn and reach the Grunewald forest within 20 minutes. There, you can go visit the abandoned listening station and now street art gallery on the Teufelsberg, for a run or walk in the forest or swimming in one of the nearby lakes. Plus, Charlottenburg has plenty of great restaurants and street food places, cinemas, and Spätis of course. Honestly, it's amazing!
The living situation is pretty chill. We usually meet at least for quick chats in the kitchen and organise cleaning etc. However, we also already watched movies or series together or went out to clubs and bars. It pretty much depends on what you like and I'm sure you'll feel comfortable here!
Let me know if you have any further questions :) I set the rent until end of March for now but there might be a possibility to extend until 1 July.
And lastly, the original headline and description noted, that this room would be available for room swap only. Unfortunately for me, this didn't work out. IF you have a room in Amsterdam/the NL or could help me find one any help is appreciated though (sharing is caring, housing market there sucks as much as here).
