Das Zimmer ist fast 30 Quadratmeter groß, quadratisch geschnitten und hat sehr schönes Parkett. Es steht ein Schrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Bett im Zimmer.
Die Wohnung hat zwei weitere Zimmer, einen Balkon, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine große Küche mit Tisch, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man ist in 2 Minuten am U-Bahnhof (U2), in 5 Minuten an der Ringbahn und diversen Bussen. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 20 Minuten Fahrzeit. Da die Wohnung im Gartenhaus ist, ist es schön ruhig. In der Nähe ist der Lietzenseepark und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch.
Bis jetzt wohnen wir (beide 32, beide weiblich) noch zu zweit und wünschen uns eine unkomplizierte und rücksichtsvollen Mitbewohner/in. Wir beide sind berufstätig, darum auch oft und viel unterwegs, freuen uns aber auch über nette Gesellschaft. Das WG Leben stellen wir uns ungefähr so vor: Nettes Quatschen, umsichtiger Umgang, am Leben des anderen ein wenig teilhaben und Ruhe, wenn man welche möchte.
