Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, aber durch das Hochbett hat man den Platz unten auch wirklich. Außerdem scheint Mittags dort auch schön die Sonne rein. Es ist circa 8/9 qm groß, was aber meiner Meinung nach völlig ausreicht.
Kleiner Schreibtisch und Stuhl ist auch schon dabei Bzw an die Fensterbank angebaut :).
Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung besteht, oder sogar Übernahme des Mietvertrages.
Die Wohnung ist 5 Minuten zu fuß vom Schloss entfernt und liegt zwischen jungfernheide und Mierendorffplatz, also perfekt angebunden an Regio, Ring-Bahn und U7:)
In der Wohnung leben außerdem zwei Psychologie-Studentinnen, die einer der herzlichsten und witzigsten Menschen sind die ich kenne:). Ansonsten sind beide sehr offene und tolerante Menschen, die gerne feiern gehen, in der Küche / auf dem Balkon quatschen und allgemein für jeden Spaß zu haben sind. Deshalb sollte es auch keine Zweck-Gemeinschaft sein:).
Dazu sind beide sehr entspannt und kommunikativ, was ich immer sehr geschätzt.
