The room is located in a quiet 80s apartment building in the Westend district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf.
Due to its tranquillity and proximity to recreational areas such as the Grunewald forest, Westend is one of the most popular districts in Berlin - yet it is central and well connected to the city center.

The room is simply suited with a very comfortable  sofa bed, pillows and blankets. There is a small desk in the room, a commode, a mirror and a wardrobe.

There is a small park directly in front of the building. The Olympic Stadium and the Olympic Park can be reached on foot in 4-5 minutes.
Shopping facilities for daily needs such as supermarkets, delicatessens, bakeries etc. are just around the corner.
There are also numerous restaurants, bistros, cafés and other attractions on the doorstep or just a few minutes away.

Public transportation:
There is a bus virtually on the doorstep. The U-Bahn 2 can be reached on foot in 3-4 minutes.

Since I am most of the times busy with work I will be around or traveling. I am a very quiet person who sees her apartment as a retreat. Accordingly, I am also looking for quiet people who have left their noisy party phase behind them or like to spend it outside the apartment.

I am also a very clean person who likes to leave the common areas such as kitchen, bathroom etc. clean so that they are pleasant for everyone.
