Hey, dieses Jahr bin ich oft unterwegs und meine Wohnung in Charlottenburg (sehr zentral gelegen, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Bismarckstraße, 20 min mit dem Rad bis Mitte) ist ab August für ein paar Monate frei.
Ein oder zwei Monate sind perfekt, länger ginge auch nach Absprache.
Wenn ihr euch die Kosten für die Wohnung teilt, wie wir es machen, sind es 725 Euro pro Person/ Monat (plus 25 Euro für den Reinigungsservice pro Person/ Monat).
Dafür ist alles enthalten, Strom, WLAN etc.
Für eine einzelne Person wäre es etwas weniger, etwa 1.200 insgesamt.
Vom Schnitt her eignet sich die Wohnung perfekt für eine einzelne Person oder ein Paar oder zwei sehr gute Freunde/ Freundinnen.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und neuem Sofa, ein Schlafzimmer, einen dritten Raum mit Küche, ein modernes Bad, außerdem Dielen, Stuck, hohe Decken, große Doppelfenster, viel Licht, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspülmaschine und schnelles WLAN !
Das alles in einem renovierten Gründerzeithaus, erbaut um 1900, im 2. Stock.
In der Gegend gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants, Theater und Kinos.
Mir gefällt es hier wirklich gut und ich zeige euch gerne meine Wohnung :)
Ab Mitte Mai (vom 14. bis zum 19.) könnt ihr gerne vorbeikommen.
Dann bin ich unterwegs und ihr könnt wieder ab Mitte Juli vorbeikommen.
Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, die Nachbarn mögen es leise und ihr braucht eine Haftpflichtversicherung — falls das nervt ;) die Wohnung ist es absolut wert :)

Hey, I’ll be traveling for a couple of months to do research and I am looking for a single person or two people, a couple or two very good friends, who would like to rent my apartment for 1 or 2 months or maybe even for longer.
It’s 725 Euros per person/ month (plus 25 Euros per person/ month for the cleaning service).

Charlottenburg, near Ku’damm, TU, UdK, Bismarckstr, Kantstr., Savignyplatz,
gorgeous Altbau from around 1900, renovated, 2nd floor,
living room, bed room, extra room with a kitchen (so 3 rooms in total) plus modern bathroom,
wooden floorboards, stucco, high ceilings, lots of light, comfortable sofa, balcony,
washing machine, tumbler/ laundry dryer,
dish washer, fast WLAN !
No smoking and my neighbors like it quiet and I like my neighbors :) they are very nice but can’t stand loud parties at all ;)
