Dates: May 22nd to June 5th (checkout by the afternoon of June 5th)
Cost: €300 (can accommodate up to 2 individuals)
Deposit: €200 (refundable within 3 days after checkout, provided there are no major damages)
Access: Excellent connectivity to the S-Bahn station Hohenzollerndamm (just a 1-minute walk away)
Apartment: Fully furnished with access to a very nice and spacious balcony. Large kitchen and bathroom with bathtub, along with an additional small bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher available for shared use.
Housemates: A very friendly 4-person flatshare and a sociable dog.
Additional Amenities: Good Wi-Fi available. Smoking allowed on the balcony. Supermarket and convenience store nearby. Beautiful parks and green spaces in the vicinity.
Payment: Cash or bank transfer, can be arranged on-site.

Kosten: 300€ (bis zu 2 Personen können einziehen)
Kaution: 200€ (wird innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Auszug zurückgegeben, sofern keine größeren Schäden entstanden sind)
Zugang: Sehr gute Anbindung zum S Bahnhof Hohenzollerndamm (nur 1 Minute Fußweg)
Wohnung: Vollmöbliert mit Zugang zum sehr schönen und großen Balkon. Große Küche und großes Bad inklusive Badewanne sowie ein weiteres kleines Bad vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler können mitgenutzt werden.
Mitbewohner*innen: Sehr nette 4er Wohngemeinschaft und ein zutraulicher Hund.
Weitere Annehmlichkeiten: Gutes WLAN vorhanden. Rauchen auf dem Balkon erlaubt. Supermarkt und Späti in der Nähe. Schöne Parks und Grünanlagen in der Umgebung.
