Willkommen in unserer WG! Wir suchen ein neues Mitglied für unsere geräumige 4-Zimmer-WG in Charlottenburg.
Das Zimmer ist ab 21.05. frei.
Wir sind gerade erst hierher gezogen und richten uns noch ein - deshalb ist die Wohnung auf den Bildern leer.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem schönen Balkon. Matias und Juan werden in den beiden anderen Zimmern wohnen.
Wir würden also zu dritt in einer sehr großen, geräumigen Wohnung leben, wobei das vierte Zimmer als Wohnzimmer dienen würde.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, eines mit Dusche und WC und eines mit Badewanne und WC.
Perfekte zentrale Lage in Lietzensee.
Einer der schönsten Parks der Stadt liegt direkt vor der Haustür.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
10 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn-Station U Sophie-Charlotte-Platz.
-72 Meter bis zur Bushaltestelle M49 Kuno-Fischer-Straße.
- 8 Minuten Fußweg zum S-Bahnhof Messe Nord/ICC.

Welcome to our shared flat! We are looking for a new member for our spacious 4-room flatshare in Charlottenburg.
The room is available from 21.05.
We have just moved here and are still moving in - that's why the flat is empty in the pictures.
The flat has three rooms and a living room with a beautiful balcony. Matias and Juan will live in the other two rooms.
There would be three of us in a super large, spacious flat, with the fourth room serving as the living room.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and one with bath and toilet.
Perfect central location in Lietzensee.
One of the most beautiful parks in the city is right on the doorstep.
Public transport:
-10 minutes walk to the U Sophie-Charlotte-Platz underground station.
