20qm Zimmer in Charlottenburger 3er WG, das Zimmer hat einen sonnigen Balkon und ist voll ausgestattet. Bad und Küche können regulär mit meinen Mitbewohner*innen mitgenutzt werden. Bilder von Bad und Küche kann ich im zweiten Schritt gerne schicken, beides sehr modern und hell :)

Charlottenburg, direkt an der U-Bahn und gute Anbindung zur Ringbahn. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen sehr schönen Park!
Genaue Adresse gibts nach der ersten Vorauswahl :)

Für den Monat würdest du mit meinen beiden Mitbewohner*innen wohnen, beide sind sehr entspannt und lieb. Eine ist noch mitten im Studium, der andere arbeitet. Generell ist es bei uns eher ruhig. Klar, es sind mal Freunde zum Kochen oder ähnliches da, aber wir sind keine Party WG (zumindest bei uns zu Hause :D). Also wäre es super, wenn du in der Hinsicht ähnlich bist.

For the month, you would be living with my two flatmates, both of whom are very relaxed and lovely. One is still studying, the other is working. In general, it's rather quiet here. Sure, there are sometimes friends over for cooking or something similar, but we're not a party flat share (at least at our house :D). So it would be great if you're similar in that respect.
Das Zimmer ist zur Untermiete, während ich auf Reisen bin, die Wohnung kann online oder vor Ort besichtigt werden! Ich werde eine Vorauswahl an Zwischenmieter*innen treffen und meine beiden Mitbewohner*innen geben dann das finale GO.
Miete wäre vom 21.07. - 17.08., falls nötig bestände auch die Option ein paar Tage früher einzuziehen!

The room is for sublet while I am travelling, the flat can be viewed online or on site! I will make a pre-selection and my two flatmates will then give the final go.
Rent would be from 21 July - 17 August, if necessary there would also be the option to move in a few days earlier!
