Zimmer in Charlottenburger Altbauwohnung

Hallöchen!

Ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in für mein kleines aber feines Charlottenburg - Zimmer !

Ab jetzt sofort bis ungefähr Mitte Dezember! - 15.12.2024

Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof, ist also sehr ruhig, es gibt 2 weitere Mitbewohner, wir sind alle viel unterwegs aber quatschen natürlich immer gerne in der Küche bei einem guten Cappuccino.

The room faces the patio, so it's nice and quiet, there's two additional roommates, we're all often out and about but there's always time for a good chat and coffee!

Du wohnst mit Stefan und Micha zusammen, Stefan ist Lehrer und liebt Laufen und Cappuccino, ist ein super offener und lieber Kerl, der immer für ein lustiges Gespräch zu haben ist.
Micha ist relativ neu eingezogen, ist am WE viel unterwegs und geht auch super gerne und viel laufen.

Your flatmates will be Stafan and Micha. Stefan works as a teacher, loves running and a good cappuccino, he's a very open, honest and funny guy, easy to chat to! Micha moved to the flat relatively recently, is very calm, also loves running, music and is often out and about on the weekends.

Beide stehen schon ziemlich ernsthaft im Leben. Einem gemeinsamen Bierchen steht nichts im Weg, aber dir sollte bewusst sein, dass das keine Party-WG ist. Sauberkeit sollte dir auch nicht fremd sein - über ein paar nichtgespülte Gläser oder Teller wird kein Streit ausbrechen, aber generell sollte man hinter sich aufräumen.


Both are already quite serious about life and are often out and about. Nothing stands in the way of having a beer together, but you should be aware that this is not a party flat share. You shouldn't be a stranger to cleanliness either - a few unwashed glasses or plates won't cause an argument, but you should generally tidy up after yourself.




Location
Wir sind sehr gut angebunden. Zu Fuß bist du in ca 5mins an der U7-Haltestelle Miendorffplatz und auch an der nächsten Bushaltestelle, und zur Ringbahnstation Jungfernheide läuft man auch nur knapp 10mins. Rewe, Lidl und Netto und auch diverse Spätis sind in Laufweite (ca. 5-10mins), und quasi direkt neben dem Haus ist auch gleich ein Bäcker. Die Straße ist ruhig und es gibt ein paar nette, kleine Restaurants, bei uns unten im Haus ist direkt ein süßes südamerikanisches Café. Rund um den Mierendorffplatz gibt es auch noch schöne Cafés & Restaurants wo man vor allem im Sommer toll draußen sitzen kann.

Auch ansonsten ist die Lage sehr schön und nah am Grünen, einmal aus dem Haus rechts bist du quasi direkt an der Spree, wo man super spazieren und ein Bierchen trinken kann. In 5 Minuten Fußweg bist du im wunderschönen Schlosspark Charlottenburg, und auch im Volkspark Jungfernheide und am Grunewald ist man vor allem mit dem Fahrrad sehr schnell.

We are very well connected here. You can walk to the U7 stop Miendorffplatz in about 5 minutes and also to the next bus stop, and it's just under 10 minutes to the Jungfernheide Ringbahn station. From there you can easily get anywhere, even if it's Neukölln :) Rewe, Lidl and Netto and various Spätis are all within walking distance (approx. 5-10mins), and there is also a bakery right next to the house. The street is quiet and there are some nice little restaurants, with a cute South American café right downstairs. There are also nice cafés and restaurants around Mierendorffplatz where you can sit outside, especially in summer.

The location is also close to nature, once you leave the house you are practically right on the Spree, where you can take a great walk and have a beer. The beautiful Charlottenburg Palace Park is just a 5-minute walk away, and Grunewald is also very easy to reach, especially by bike.





Miscellaneous

Da ich ja wiederkomme wird das Zimmer möbliert vermietet. Auch wenn es sich um einen Untermiete handelt, freuen wir uns auf Personen, die einfach gut ins Bild passen und ein Interesse am Zusammenleben haben.


As I will come back in December, I will leave my furniture and some additional things behind. Even though it's a temporary contract the guys would love someone that's a great fit and is generally interested in living with them :)
