The room is rented with box spring bed, height adjustable desk, wardrobe, Oled TV, lamp, bedding etc. so that you can move in directly. Super quiet to the courtyard, but above all the balcony is beautiful when the sun shines in the afternoon.
The balcony is available to you for a little use.
Whether as a sleeping area to explore Berlin or to work remotely (1000mbit Internet)

Während ich verreise kannst du mein Zimmer nutzen :)
Weniger Tage wären auch möglich, falls sich niemand für die gesammte Zeit meldet.
Das Zimmer wird möbiliert vermietet mit Boxspringbett, höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch, Schrank, Oled TV, lampe, Bettzeug etc. so dass du direkt einziehen kannst. Super ruhig zum Innenhof gelegen, aber vor allem der Balkon ist wunderschön wenn gegen Nachmittag die Sonne draufscheint.
Der Balkon steht dir zur aleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

The location is really great! In less than 5 minutes you are at Charlottenburg Station. So U and Sbahn, as well as many buses right outside the door.
Die Lage ist wirklich super! In weniger als 5 min bist du am Bahnhof Charlottenburg. Also U und Sbahn, sowie viele Busse direkt vor der Tür.
We are a relative new WG, but all already have pre-experience and are well played.
Helping in cleaning, clean up kitchen after use etc are all natural things I think. You have your own compartment in the refrigerator, in the bathroom and in the storage cabinet
The main thing we can communicate well.
Wir sind eine relative neue WG, aber haben alle schon Vorerfahrung und sind gut eingespiel.
Mithelfen beim Putzen, küche nach benutzung aufräumen etc sind alles selbstverständliche sachen denk ich. Du hast ein eigenes Fach im Kühlschrank, im Bad und im Vorratsschrank
Hauptsache wir können das alles gut kommunizieren.

Longer than the given period unfortunately does not go because I will come back. If I don't find anyone so short for the lonely time, I would also rent the room shorter.

Länger als die angegebene dauer geht leider nicht, da ich dann zurück komme. Sollte ich niemanden so kurzfristig für die gesammteZeit finden würde ich das Zimmer auch kürzer vermieten.
