Hey you! We are looking for a new flatmate!
We have a bright 11sqm unfurnished room available for you, with nice views of a backyard and isolated from the outside noise, so you can sleep properly. The room has also a very good layout.
We have no living room since all the rooms are used, but we use the kitchen or our rooms to chat sometimes. We have two bathrooms, a main one with a toilet, a shower, and a bathtub, and a second one with a toilet and a shower, so no waiting times in the morning.

The area is calm and close to nice restaurants and cafes. And perfect for having nice walks around the Spree and Tiergarten.
We are 15' walk to Tiergarten UBahn, 20' walk to Beusselstr. SBahn., and less than a minute to Franklinstr. bus stop. Additionally we have space in the backyard to keep your bike safe.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Martha (25), Jannik (26), and Alex (30) — three friends who value a clean and respectful living environment.
Jannik and Alex are working, while Martha is currently doing her master’s. They enjoy spending time together, whether it’s having dinner at home or making plans around the city on the weekends.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, and appreciates open communication. If you enjoy unwinding together after a long day or occasionally sharing a meal, that’s definitely a plus! We value a warm and easygoing atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
