We are currently missing a piece in the puzzle in our 5-people flatshare and have therefore a room available from October 1st 2021.
We are looking for a new flatmate, short or long term possible.

Located in one of the most central spots in West Berlin, Kaiserdamm, right next to the Lietzenseepark and 10' walk to Schloss Charlottenburg, you will have easy access to all means of transportation. U2 (Sophie Charlotte Platz is 3'walk), U7 (Bismarckstr), Ring Bahn (Messe Nord / ICC), Charlottenburg S-Bahn station and Bus. Supermarket across the street, Spatkauf on the ground floor, Wilmersdorf Mall just 2 stations away.
This is a 5 people multilingual WG so English is a must. We are looking for people between 28 and 36 years old, with easy going characters and that enjoy good food, to chill in the living room for a beer or a soda from time to time, share nice conversation about all and nothing at the same time, and also willing to move in long term and built a basic respectful relationship with the rest of the crew.
We have a big living room in which we like to hang out and relax (smoking in the living room allowed) and a big kitchen where there is also enough space to cook together or having a meal.
Although we are many people, everyone has his/her own life/occupations and works at different times, so there is usually no problem with the bathrooms in the morning time.
We also have a dog so it isn't suitable for people with allergies.
