Die Wohnung liegt in Charlottenburg. Der S-Bahnhof Savignyplatz ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fitness Studio und Cafés. Ich lebe hier schon seit mehreren Jahren und liebe die Wohnung. Man ist super angebunden und ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt:)

I’m renting out my room for 3 months. The flat is located in the heart of Charlottenburg in the western part of Berlin. S Savignyplatz is only 5 minutes walk away. I rent the room fully furnished (see pictures) and the price includes the internet as well. The room is 22 qm.

Sehr ruhige, angenehme Gegend. Sehr sicher.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fitnessstudios (Superfit, FitX, McFit und FitnessFirst..) sind innerhalb 3 Minuten zu erreichen.
Flat is near S Savignyplatz. Quiet and safe area. Shopping malls, grocery stores and Fitness studios are close by. The train station is around 3 walk minutes away.
In der Wohnung lebt noch eine Mitbewohnerin:)
Sie hat das Zimmer auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite.
Das Wg-Leben ist sehr entspannt und gelassen.
