Dein Zimmer ist 11qm groß und hat eine kleine Kleiderkammer.
Gerne überlassen wir das das Zimmer teilmöbeliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Zimmerpflanze).
In der Miete ist alles verrechnet, d.h. es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an.
Bei Interesse schreib uns bitte eine Nachricht mit einer Selbstbeschreibung und am liebsten einem Foto von Dir.

Your room has 11 square meters and a little closet.
With pleasure we leave the room partly furnished (bed, desk, shelf, plant).

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Bus, 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Ringbahn am S-Bahnhof Westend und 7 Minuten zur U2 an der Sophie-Charlotte-Strasse. ca. 12 Minuten Gehweg zum U-Bahnhof Richard-Wagner-Platz, dort fährt die U7. Mit dem Auto direkte Verkehrsanbindung an den Stadtring. Der gesamte Kiez wurde um 1900 gebaut, er entging der radikalen Stadtsanierung der 70er Jahre und wurde behutsam saniert, so dass die Gebäude und die Bewohnerstruktur im Wesentlichen erhalten blieb. Very good traffic connections, 2 minutes walking distance to the bus, 10 minutes walking distance to the Ringbahn at the S-Bahn station Westend and 7 minutes to the U2 at Sophie-Charlotte-Strasse Approx. 12 minutes walk to the subway station Richard-Wagner-Platz, where the U7 subway runs. By car direct connection to the city ring road. The entire neighbourhood was built around 1900. It escaped the radical urban redevelopment of the 1970s and was carefully renovated so that the buildings and the resident structure were essentially preserved. (S. Klausener-Platz neighborhood)
Wir (Michi und Zora) sind ein Paar. Seit Juli 2021 sind wir zu dritt. Unser Sohn, Cosmo, ist 23 Monate alt. - Das sollte dir nichts ausmachen. Wir würden uns als sympathisch und kommunikativ beschreiben.
Da wir in den letzten Jahren ruhiger geworden sind, haben wir keine Lust auf Saufgelage oder ausufernde Partys.
Wir kochen und essen dafür gerne (Spektrum: flexitarisch - vegan-Stufe5)

We (Michi and Zora) are a couple and had our son, Cosmo in July 2021 (he is 8 month now). That should not bother you. We would describe ourselves as likeable and communicative.
Since we have become quieter in the last few years, we don't feel like having excessive parties.
We enjoy cooking and eating (spectrum: flexitarian - vegan level 5)
