Die Wohnung liegt in der Kantstraße im wunderschönen Charlottenburg im 2.Stock. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Orte, wo man abschalten kann sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Lietzensee ist direkt zu erreichen ebenso das Schloss Charlottenburg und der Schlosspark. Perfekt für Jogger oder einen erholsamen Spaziergang.

Die Wilmersdorfer Straße liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. Hier gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (MediaMarkt, TK Maxx, H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, Bauhaus etc.) sowie Fitnessstudios, Friseure und Ärzte. Die Supermärkte Nahkauf, Edeka, Aldi und Lidl sind ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen.

Die Kantstraße führt von der Wilmersdorfer Straße über den Savignyplatz bis hin zum Zoologischen Garten. Hier gibt es eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Insbesondere für die asiatischen Restaurants ist die Kantstraße berühmt. Aber auch das Schwarze Café, die Paris Bar und das Kant Kino haben Kultstatus.

Mein Name ist Vice, 27 Jahre alt und Urberliner. Derzeit mache ich meinen Master und interessiere mich sehr für Sport. Generell bin ich sehr aktiv, spiele Tennis und Fußball.
Hier und da zocke ich auch gern und schaue Serien und Filme.

The room:
From September 1st I rent a room in my 78m² apartment in the heart of Charlottenburg. The apartment is located in Kant Street, which leads to Zoologischer Garten.

The room is 17m² and faces the courtyard, therefore it is nice and quiet. The room is unfurnished but if needed there is a closet available for usage. Also, there is a living room (right now partly furnished) with a balcony as well as a bath with bathtub and a kitchen fully equipped.

The apartment is newly renovated.

The room is limited to rent for 6 months, with the option to extend.

Area:
The apartment is located in Kantstraße in beautiful Charlottenburg on the 2nd floor. Shopping opportunities as well as nice places to relax are just a few minutes away. You can reach the lake Lietzensee in just a couple of minutes and the Castle Charlottenburg with its gardens is also very close. Perfect for jogging or nice walks.

The apartment is only a few minutes away from Wilmersdorfer Straße, so there are many Shopping possibilities (MediaMarkt, TK Maxx, H&M, Peek & Cloppenburg, Bauhaus etc.) as well as fitness studios, hair dressers and doctors. Supermarkets (Nahkauf, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka) are within walking distance.

The Kant Street leads from Wilmersdorfer Street along the Savignyplatz to Zoologischer Garten. Here you can find many nice restaurants, cafés and bars. The street is especially known for its famous asian restaurants. Also Schwarzes Café, Paris Bar and the Kant Kino enjoy cult status.
