ich möchte gerne mein schönes, ruhiges und helles (Südseite) WG-Zimmer untervermieten. Es ist vollständig möbliert, mit Parket ausgelegt und mit allem ausgestattet was man so zum leben braucht. Es gibt einen sonnigen Balkon und eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld Platte und allem was man zum kochen benötigt.
Du würdest zusammen mit Maria, einer sehr angenehmen, ruhigen und freundlichen Zeitgenossin die Wohnung teilen, die gerade an der FU-Berlin ihren Bachelor macht.
Wichtig wäre, dass du das Zimmer und die Wohnung gut behandelst, in der Lage bist zu putzen und keine Partys zu veranstalten oder laute Musik zu hören.

I would like to sublet my nice, quiet and bright (south side) room in a shared flat. It is fully furnished, with parquet flooring and equipped with everything you need to live. There is a sunny balcony and a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and everything you need to cook.
You would share the apartment with Maria, a very pleasant, quiet and friendly contemporary who is currently doing her Bachelor's degree at the FU Berlin.
It would be important that you treat the room and the apartment well, are able to clean and do not organize parties or listen to loud music.
