What's up boys & girls, the Berlin rental market seems to be crazy as ever, but, hold strong, as I still have a room free in the apartment. Perhaps just the right place for you to survive the winter in.
Apartment:
- 100m², Altbau, Stuck, Dielen, Zentraheizung
- 2 min walking from U Richard Wagner Platz
- average size kitchen & large bath room with a bath tub
- brand new washing machine, dish washer, nespresso & co for shared use
- registration is possible + unbefristet
Room:
- ~22m² / € 550
- towards the "Innenhof" and very quite
- partly furnished with a bed and open closet
- price is "all in", including GEZ, insurance, internet etc.
- deposit is 1.5 times rent
Living together:
- mutual respect, open communication and overall positive attitude towards each other should allow for a nice atmosphere and help avoid having strangers / ghosts in the house
- we all have our networks and activities to keep us busy day to day and need time to wind down at home, that's cool & dandy, but it should be possible to have a chat when running into each other at home
- beyond that its, as the Germans like to say, "everything can, nothing must" and depends on the chemistry
- bit to myself; studied in Amsterdam & the US, got lots of experience in shared living, work full time, audiophile/electronic, otherwise easy going and always willing to help
- my current roomie, Joanne, from Sydney, is unfortunately moving out this month :(
