there is one room available in a 2-bedroom apartment. It is furnished and has a comfortable bed, a cupboard and a big wardrobe. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.
The size of the room is 15 m². The monthly rent is 490€ each month.
The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

Jakub , 34 Jahre alt, berufstätig. Ich treibe viel Sport und lerne gerade Englisch, deswegen waere es gut, wenn du auch Englisch sprechen wuerdest. Ich bin oft weg, aber ab und zu besucht mich auch meine Verlobte fuer ein Wochenende oder 2-3 Tage.
Ich suche eine ruhige, saubere Person, die nicht raucht oder nicht zu exzessiv Alkohol trinkt.

Die Wohnung liegt in Charlottenburg, 1 Minute von dem U-und S-Bahnhof Jungfernheide (U7 und Ringbahn). Die Bushaltestelle liegt auch fast direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten entfernt vom Schloss Charlottenburg - super zum Joggen und Spazieren Gehen.
Der Flughafen Tegel ist sehr gut erreichbar - 10 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
The apartment is located in Charlottenburg, 1 minute away from the Subway Station Jungfernheide (S-Bahn and U7). The bus station is also right in front of the apartment. It is also 3 minutes away from Schloss Charlottenburg - perfect for jogging and walking.
The Tegel airport is only 10 minutes away by bus.
The apartment is in a really peaceful location.
