hello everybody (for english version please scroll down)
habe für einen Monat ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung zu vergeben. Es ist mit einem Bett möbiliert, ebenso gibt es noch einen Schreibtisch und einen Schrank plus Kommode. Da werden auch noch Klamotten von mir drin hängen, aber ich werde dir auf jeden Fall Platz schaffen in deinem neuen Zimmer!
DIe ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell, mit großen Fenstern Richtung Süden. Ebenso haben wir einen Balkon, im besten Falle können wir den zusammen einweihen im Frühling!
Wir sind mitten auf der Kantstraße, die Adresse wenn man abwechlungsreich und gut essen möchte im Westen der Stadt. Die WIlmersdorferstr. ist eine richtige Einkaufsstraße direkt um die Ecke, mit allen Läden, die die deutsche Innenstadt so typisch macht.... Man ist versorgt!
Direkt gibt es auch U-Bahn und S-Bahn, in 4 Minuten ist man an allem dran.
Ich habe die letzten zehn Jahre in WGs verbracht und bin ein sehr toleranter und anpassungsförmiger Mensch. Mit mir sollte das Zusammenleben entspannt sein.
Muss leider immer recht früh ins Bett wegen meinem Job, aber gegen ein Bierchen in der Wohnung habe ich absolut nichts :)
Wenn das Zimmer etwas für dich wäre, freue ich mich über eine Nachricht von Dir. Ich bin immer bis ca. 16:00-17:00 auf der Arbeit, erst danach erreichbar per Handy.
Dann können wir auch über einen Besichtigungstermin oder Skype-Date etc. beraten....

Hello everybody,
I have to rent a room in our apartment for one month. It is furnished with a bed, as well as a desk and a wardrobe plus chest of drawers. There will also be some clothes left in there, but I'll definitely make room for you in your new room!
The whole apartment is very bright, with large windows facing south. We also have a balcony, in the best case we can inaugurate together in the spring!
We are in the middle of the Kantstraße, the address if you want varied and good food in the west of the city. The WIlmersdorferstr. is a real shopping street just around the corner, with all the shops that makes the German city so typical .... You are supplied!
There is also a subway and S-Bahn, in 4 minutes you are ready to go.
I have spent the last ten years in shared apartments and am a very tolerant and accommodating person. With me the coexistence should be relaxed.
Unfortunately I have to go to bed early because of my job, but I have absolutely nothing against a beer in our apartment :)
If the room would be something for you, I would be glad about a message from you. I am always up to 16:00-17:00 at work, only after then I'm reachable by mobile phone.
Then we can also advise on a viewing appointment or Skype date, etc. ....
