The room is roughly 25 m2 with big windows facing west. Included in the room is a large wardrobe.
The flat is around 52m2 and includes a modern kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, induction stove and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a large bathtub and a washing machine/drier combo.
The flat is located just outside U7 Mierendorffplatz and next to several supermarkets (Rewe, Netto, Lidl and Edeka). The TXL airport can be reached within 15 minutes with metro and bus.
The flat is on the 4th floor and is very quiet. Unfortunately there are no elevators. There is also no balcony.
You will be living with Magni 32, who is working on his own business and will mostly be travelling or working out of co-working spaces and coffee shops during the day.
The living environment is relaxed, with the expectation that each clean and buy household equipment (toilet paper, cleaning detergent, etc.) when needed. Staple food such as milk, onions, potatoes and rice are usually shared.
The rent is all-inclusive and includes Wifi, TV fee, electricity, heating, house insurance, "nebenkosten" and the cold rent as well as use of furniture, kitchen and its appliances. The rent also includes a small buffer in case of unexpected costs for a rainy day.
The contract is second-hand, unlimited duration with potential to be transferred to first-hand if Magni decides to move out.
Note that the flat only has 1 room (i.e. yours).
