Das Zimmer ist wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr hell und hat einen schönen Blick auf den Fernsehturm. Es wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 15qm, es gibt aber noch ein großes Wohnzimmer das wir gemeinsam nutzen werden, sowie eine Loggia mit traumhaften Blick über die Stadt.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Richard-Wagner-Platz mit perfekter Anbindung an die U7, sowie zahlreiche Busse. Die U2 an der Deutschen Oper ist auch in nur 5min zuFuß erreichbar.
Ich bin Dorothee, 28, und gerade neu nach Berlin in diese schöne Wohnung gezogen. Ich arbeite in den Kostümwerkstätten der Berliner Opernhäuser und freue mich Berlin zu entdecken.
Ich freue mich auf eine/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die etwas WG Erfahrung mitbringt, gerne mal was gemeinsam unternimmt und dennoch die gegenseitige Privatsphäre respektiert.
Das Zimmer ist befristet, da mein Freund im neuen Jahr auch nach Berlin kommen wird und wir dann zusammen in der Wohnung leben werden. Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind aber ganz flexibel.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert und im 5.Stock ohne Aufzug. Der Aufstieg lohnt sich aber ;)
Die Miete von 560€ deckt alles ab inkl. Internet und GEZ.
