Wunderschönes Altbauzimmer mit Balkon, Dielen und Stuck. Aufgrund meines Auszuges nehme ich die meisten Möbel mit, allerdings bleibt das Bett samt Matratze weiterhin drin, außerdem ein kleiner Couchtisch. Ende Februar endet mein Mietvertrag der Wohnung und damit auch die Zwischenmiete.
Für den ersten halben Monat beträgt die Gesamtmiete 215€, für den vollen Januar 430€, und für den letzten Februarmonat 420€.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön fast direkt an der Spree gelegen, und direkt am Schloss Charlottenburg - bietet also tolle Laufwege!
Anbindungstechnisch ist die U7 etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt, der M45 und 109er Bus fahren direkt vor der Tür, und ca. 3 Busstationen ist die Ringbahn von Westend sowie der S Bhf Charlottenburg entfernt.
Meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin ist ein sehr liebes, fröhliches Mädchen, welches viel unterwegs ist. Tagsüber Uni an der TU Berlin, Abends häufig mit Freunden noch weg. Man kann mit ihr tolle Gespräche führen, aber lässt einen auch absolut in Ruhe, wenn man sich danach fühlt.
