Da ich zurzeit bei meiner Familie wohne und die Wohnung zum August kündige, habe ich zwei Zimmer zur Untermiete anzubieten (im Grundriss als Wohnzimmer und Büro) markiert. Meine persönlichen Sachen lagere ich solange im kleinen Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung ist hell mit großen Fenstern und (Süd) Balkon zum weiten Innenhof hin - mit Blick auf den Funkturm der Messe Berlin.
Küche und Bad sind voll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet und Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind auch vorhanden und stehen zur Verfügung. Ebenso die Möbel (Bett, Schränke, Fernseher, Couch, etc.) siehe Bilder.
Perfekte Anbindung an U-Bahn und S-Bahn - in 2 Minuten an der U2, in 10 Min an der Ringbahn Messe Nord/ICC und dem Zentralen Omnibusbahnhof oder in 10 Min. an der S Heerstr (S5/S7... )
Ich bin für alles offen, werde selbst oft nach Potsdam pendeln.
Derzeit wohnt noch mein fauler BKH Kater hier. Eine Katzenallergie wäre also ungünstig.
