This is your new home in Berlin! Here in this 3-bedroom apartment on Weimarer Strasse in Charlottenburg we`ve got 3 rooms for you. You`ll have access to your room and to the public area. In total we have another big room and another smaller room.
The 70 m², 2nd floor apartment comprises the 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and also has a balcony, to enjoy a a sunny morning. The kitchen is very well equipped, and includes a WMF water kettle, coffee mashine, WMF toaster, microwave etc.
It`s not the cheapest, but for sure a fair price performance ratio if you look at the amazing location
The apartment is located on a side street in one of the best areas of Charlottenburg. There are many useful stores and other amenities in the area, but it is otherwise residential. There are several train stations within less than a 5-minute walk, offering services that can take you practically anywhere in the city with ease. Just around the corner, in Kantstrasse, about a 0,5 km walk only (1 min by bike) from the apartment, is a large area full of bars and restaurants, an ideal night out. In almost the same nearby area is the Kurfürstendamm. There are even more bars, clubs and tasty restaurants and endless shopping opportunities.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor which is time-saving and incredible useful after going shopping.
Your roomates have lived in many WG before and are very open and flexible in coliving: Getting together in the kitchen is very welcomed. Generally, you`ll get tolerant and easy going roomates who you can speak to about everything.
The price is incl. the incidental expenses (Nebenkosten). (ohne Strom&WiFi)
The main tenant doesn`t live here anymore. He`s on the way most of the time, but always when we needed him, he was there for us and fixed all our issues. Also he provided us with all we need without any extra fees, including Washing machine, WMF kettle, WMF toaster, fridge, coffee machine etc. etc. WITHOUT any extra cost.
