Ich suche ab sofort eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ein möbliertes Zimmer (20 qm), in einer schönen 2-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung in Charlottenburg.
Im Zimmer und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, egal ob du mit wenigen oder vielen Sachen einziehen möchtest, es gibt genug Stauraum.

I´m looking for a new roommate from now on, for a furnished room (20 sqm), in a beautiful 2-room apartment in Charlottenburg.
In the room and in the kitchen everything is available what you need, whether you want to move in with a few or many things, there is enough storage space.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße nahe der Spree und trotzdem sehr zentral. Restaurants, Imbisse, Kiosk und kleine Läden sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuß sind der nächstgelegene Bus (101, 245) in 3 min, Supermarkt in 5 min und U-Bahn (U2, U9) in 10 min erreichbar.
The apartment is located in a quiet side street near the Spree but still in a central location. Restaurants, snack bars, kiosks and small shops are nearby. On foot, the nearest bus (101, 245) is reachable in 3 minutes, supermarket in 5 minutes and subway (U2, U9) in 10 minutes.

Ich bin 41, selbstständig im IT-Bereich und arbeite von zu Hause aus. Ich interessiere mich für Gesundheit und Sport, IT, Reisen, gutes Essen, aber auch für spirituelle Themen, für Geopolitik und die großen Veränderungen, die gerade weltweit stattfinden...
Ich bin gerne mal für nen gemeinsamen Kaffee, Glas Wein etc. zu haben, generell mache ich aber eher mein Ding, arbeite viel oder kümmere mich um meine 3 jährige Tochter, die an den Wochenenden bei mir ist.
